This is our regular LFE community zoom call, on a new day (Friday), open to all members of the LFE community. We will be hosting (and recording) a conversation with Dr Neil Spenceley, on the topics of safety-I and -II, colleague behaviours, complexity, workplace cultures, and more. Neil is the clinical director of Anaesthesia and Paediatric Critical Care at the Royal Children’s Hospital , Glasgow. He has been a friend of LFE from the start of the LFE movement; and he is a fascinating mine of information and a great conversationalist and speaker.
